We ship internationally! If your location is on the Country Selection list (header for desktop, footer for mobile), you're good to shop.

If not, just shoot us a message and we'll be happy to add your country to the list.

November 2025: AusPost has resumed US parcel shipping, and so have we! Your shopping experience remains unchanged as tariffs are remitted in the backend. Please read this post for more information.

Import taxes/VAT/tariffs/customs etc.

Customers are responsible for being aware of and paying any taxes/fees charged by their country as (aside from the US*) we don't collect them at point of sale. Non-payment of these fees may mean your package will be disposed of (😭) or returned to sender, so please research your country's import policies if unsure and factor any such costs into your purchase.

We will always ensure customs paperwork is completed correctly on our end and include the contact information you provided at checkout, so your country's postal service/customs authority can notify you about any fees requiring payment before delivery.

If your package gets sent back to us due to non-payment of customs/duties, we will contact you once received and provide the options of:

  • Resending the order - you will need to pay for postage again
  • Refunding the order, minus the original postage cost

If your order does not get delivered to you, but also is not successfully returned to us, we unfortunately can't offer a refund as we did not receive the goods (it's most likely lost or disposed by authorities). To avoid these issues entirely, please be aware of extra charges required by your countries and pay them accordingly!

*US customers only: due to the suspension of de minimis exemptions and 2025 tariff situation, tariffs must be paid before packages reach US customs. To facilitate this, we have built these costs into our shop's US pricing and will pay tariffs before postage using Australia Post's Zonos solution. This means your package should clear US customs smoothly with no additional costs to you. More info in this blog post.

Damaged/missing orders

This is rare and fingers-crossed that doesn't change! We have no control over our securely-packaged parcels' fates once they're handed to the post office. Once tracking shows that the package is in your country, it means Australia Post has handed it over to your local postal service, and any enquiries about lost or damaged packages should be directed to them. 

Some parcels can arrive late. If you've waited at least 2 weeks after the expected arrival date and think your parcel is missing, please contact your post office. Keep in mind only tracked parcels can be followed up.

Please note letter mail is always untracked. They tend to arrive within 1-1.5 months, but may take 2-3 months. We recommend checking with your local post office if it's taking unusually long and you suspect it's been lost. 

We can't help much with damaged or missing orders, but feel free to let us know of any issues. We'll do our best!

Returns/exchanges

All purchases are final, so please be certain of your purchase before you press those buttons.

We only accept full refunds or exchange if we made a mistake with your order, and we already try very, very hard to make sure that doesn't happen (but we're sorry if it does—reach out and we'll sort it out.)
