US shipping is back!

Australia Post has resumed US parcel shipping, and so have we!

Good news is your shopping experience is unchanged:

  • Tariffs/duties will be handled from our end before the package reaches US customs, meaning it should clear customs smoothly
  • These fees are already built into our US pricing, so there are no unexpected costs for customers
  • This is known as DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping

Please keep in mind this only applies to parcel shipping. Orders containing only letters or small prints can be sent as untracked letter mail as usual, and we did not price in tariffs/duties into those products.

We've successfully sent test packages to the US with this new system and will keep a close eye on any new shipping updates coming from the US. If for any reason your package is rejected by US customs and gets sent back to us, we'll troubleshoot and be in contact with you.

Australia Post currently only has DDP shipping options to the US, so non-US customers will not be charged customs/duties/tariffs at checkout and will continue to be responsible for paying any taxes/fees charged by their countries. Please refer to Shipping Info for more details. Rest assured that if AusPost implements DDP options for more countries, we'll be the first to jump on board!

We appreciate your patience and understanding!
